Our Story
The name Method Mental Health comes from the belief that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. There are many approaches, techniques, and 'methods' to support mental wellness, and what works for one person may not work for another. At Method Mental Health, we are committed to working collaboratively with each client to discover the approach that best fits their needs. Together, we focus on finding your own personal method for working toward the goals and changes that matter most to you.
